John Dowland/ A Fancy (P5)

28. Dez 2011

One of John Dowland`s most beautiful pieces: A Fancy (P5), I transcribed it for Acoustic guitar; playable with all the polyphonics, but sometimes difficult to finger;)
I added it to a slideshow of some promisingly existentialistic scenes.

Asbest@Teufelsberg by Schädlinge

09. Dez 2011

The second movement of the Teufelsberg Suite, using
sounds with the natural reverb provided by a radar dome of a
now abandoned espionage facility in Berlin built by American
Intelligence to intercept Moscow’s and East-Berlin’s communication during the cold war.
The place has been subject to severe vandalism with asbestos oozing out of the walls here and there.
But this piece is perfectly safe for your lungs.
